Quinceañera Reception
Every event venue is designed with extravagant chandeliers, elegant furnishings and décor, and fine tables for her special quinceañera party. Our extravaganza packages include seating in stylish chiavari chairs for up to 100 of her guests of honor. Fall in love with our beautiful round organza canopy with a stunning crystal chandelier. The Crystal Ballroom provides all the fine china and décor at quinceañera celebrations, including plates, water glasses, champagne flutes, silver ware, chafing dishes, serving utensils, platters, Sterno fire pots, salad bowls, bread baskets, and all the accents to make your buffet on point.
Indulge in the delight of our open vendor policy that gives you the freedom to select your caterer from our preferred vendors or provide your chosen cuisine and beverages. Quinceañera Vendors
Crystal Ballroom’s vendor connections makes planning a quinceañera party an effortless and memorable journey. We have partnered with the finest in their industry to bring you excellent and affordable services. Every quinceañera party should have catered dining, trending and tasteful music, a precious quince cake that represents her personality, and entertainment for her “court” of damas (“maids of honour”) and chambelánes (“chamberlains”).
It is not a quinceañera without a quince ball gown of her dreams and a princess tiara. Crystal Ballroom facilitates the connection with vendors to make a Cinderella dream dress come true. The prom-like gown is central to quinceañera tradition, and so is the attire of her quince court of 14 damas and 15 chambelánes.
Banquet Manager & Banquet Staff
Every Crystal Ballroom provides a professional banquet manager for the overall safety and satisfaction of your guests’ experience. Banquet staff are managed as they butler pass hors d'oeuvres, pour drinks for toasting, and manage tables. Our banquet staff clear tables, maintain your cocktails and reception area, manage coffee and beverage stations, and cut and serve the quince cake.
Every aspect of your quinceañera reception is managed from setup to breakdown. Working alongside your party planner or your day-of-event coordinator, the banquet manager adheres to a timeline and insures the success of her quinceañera party.
Quinceañera VIP Suite
Experience a fully furnished and decorated VIP suite at every Crystal Ballroom event venue. She will ready herself in a luxurious suite at her quinceañera celebration. Enjoy an hour and a half prior to the event start time, and utilize the perfect space for capturing memorable party pictures.
Quinceañera Rehearsal & Timeline
Meet with our banquet manager for a one hour review inside the event venue. Deliver beverages, personal items and your desired timeline. Review a mock table setting with selected décor, and rehearse every detail of her special day. Visualize the quinceañera celebration during a 45-minute rehearsal.
We coordinate the timing of every symbolic event of her quinceañera, including the presentation of a doll to a younger sister, placement of heeled shoes on her feet, crowning her with a tiara, the choreographed dance, toasting events, cutting the quince cake and all the new traditions you seek to create.
